济南停车棚:塔楼底部的施工技术方案!

  1.1.1.概述塔楼底部雨棚属于大型钢结构雨棚,外部包玻璃,内部吊顶部分为不锈钢管格栅。总共包含叁个雨棚,分别位于塔楼的北、南、西侧,的雨棚长度约37.85米,由框架玻璃系统配不锈钢包铝圆管装饰线条、铝板系统组成与塔楼主体单元幕墙系统相呼应,雨棚二次钢结构由我司完成。底层吊顶由不锈钢格栅与钢结构包铝板组成。其中北、南侧雨棚为落地式。塔楼底部雨棚平面位置示意图(粉色部分)塔楼底部南侧雨棚整体效果图塔楼底部南侧雨棚底部效果图塔楼底部雨棚整体安装可靠,造型独特,具有现代的美感,与塔楼整体的装饰效果遥相呼应。雨棚向外倾斜,以便排水,并设有排水沟系统,对此我司采用满堂脚手架进行该雨棚的安装,采用汽车吊进行二次钢件的垂直运输及定位。雨棚施工措施示意图下面详细介绍在施工工艺及施工质量保证方面将做出切实可行的方案。并就具体的施工方案阐述如下:057c5f84-ed06-40c0-8dde-04c6ddf0b5cf

  1.1.1. Overview: The bottom canopy of the tower belongs to a large steel structure canopy, which is covered with glass on the outside and has a stainless steel pipe grille as the internal ceiling. There are a total of three canopies, located on the north, south, and west sides of the tower. The largest canopy is approximately 37.85 meters long and consists of a frame glass system with stainless steel wrapped aluminum circular pipe decorative lines and an aluminum panel system that corresponds to the main unit curtain wall system of the tower. The secondary steel structure of the canopy is completed by our company. The bottom ceiling is composed of stainless steel grating and steel structure wrapped with aluminum plate. The north and south canopies are floor standing. Our company uses a full scaffold for the installation of the canopy and a truck crane for the vertical transportation and positioning of secondary steel components.   1.1.3.具体的施工方法1.1.3.1.控制线测设

  (1)、与总承包单位确定好基准线和水准点,再用经纬仪放出控制线以及拐角控制线。

  (1) Firstly, determine the baseline and benchmark with the general contracting unit, and then use a theodolite to set out the control line and corner control line.

  (2)、将土建单位提供的基准中心线、水平线进行复测,无误后放钢线,定出幕墙安装基准线。为保证不受其它因素影响,放完线后,用全站仪检测,调准。

  (2) Re measure the reference center line and horizontal line provided by the civil engineering unit, and after confirming their accuracy, lay out the steel line to determine the installation reference line for the curtain wall. To ensure that it is not affected by other factors, after laying out the line, use a total station to detect and adjust it accurately.

  (3)、由于本工程雨棚安装时搭设满堂脚手架进行施工,根据施工图投测出地面定测点,再搭设脚手架,然后依据地面定测点,使用激光垂准仪和采用拉线法将地面定测点投测到脚手架搭设平台,确定钢构件安装位置。

  1.1.3.2.钢结构检查

  (1)、经过测量放样得到幕墙结构实际的确切位置后,应该根据钢结构支撑布置图,校准钢构件的位置。

  (1) After measuring and laying out the actual position of the curtain wall structure, the position of the steel components should be calibrated according to the steel structure support layout plan.

  (2)、如果结构尺寸有偏离,须进行重新处理的,通知有关方可进行结构调整,直达到幕墙要求的精度。

  1.1.3.3.搭设满堂脚手架在雨棚底部搭设满堂脚手架。

  1.1.3.4.构件加工图设计依据施工图纸资料,结合结构检查和测量放样的数据,进行雨棚加工图构件加工图设计。内容应包括但不限于《雨棚钢结构件加工图》、《雨棚玻璃加工图》、《雨棚装饰铝板加工图》、《雨棚角码加工图》、《雨棚焊接工艺图》、《雨棚辅材加工及提料单》等等。

  1.1.3.4.   1.1.3.5.构件加工及组装构件加工是生产部门严格按照生产加工操作程序进行的。操作程序是指生产部从接受任务到成品现场全过程的生产活动和控制手段。可分为以下几个阶段:

  1.1.3.6.现场施工人员和施工设施准备

  (1)、施工人员安排我司将组织雨棚施工队进行施工,人员配置,施工队长1人,汽车吊司机1人,雨棚施工队员15人(含检测员、信号员、电焊工、机械工、电工和小工等雨棚安装所需的各类工种),预计30个工作日即可完成1个雨棚施工。

  (1) Our company will organize a professional canopy construction team to carry out the construction. The team will consist of one construction team leader, one truck crane driver, and 15 professional canopy construction team members (including inspectors, signalers, welders, mechanics, electricians, and laborers). It is expected that one canopy construction can be completed in 30 working days.

  (2)、施工设施准备采用汽车吊对较大钢结构构件的进行吊装,用手动葫芦辅助吊装。另应准备电焊机、打磨机3台、手电钻、注胶枪、测量放线设备、油漆等各种雨棚施工队常用的小型施工设备及辅助材料等,均应在施工前准备到位。

  (2) The construction facilities are prepared to use a truck crane to lift larger steel structural components, with manual hoists assisting in the lifting process. In addition, various small construction equipment and auxiliary materials commonly used by the canopy construction team, such as welding machines, polishing machines, hand drills, glue guns, measuring and laying out equipment, paint, etc., should be prepared in place before construction.

  1.1.3.7.雨棚钢骨架安装

  (1)待全部材料进场且检验合格,现场施工人员和施工设施准备妥当,即可进行雨棚钢骨架构件安装,雨棚安装的主要技术依据为《依据测量放样数据》、《施工图》、《雨棚加工图》、《雨棚安装现场技术及交底》等。

  (1) After all materials have entered the site and passed the inspection, and the on-site construction personnel and facilities are ready, the installation of the steel frame components for the canopy can be carried out.   1.1.3.8.雨棚钢骨架结构误差测量和隐蔽验收完成雨棚钢骨架安装后,填写《隐蔽验收单》附《雨棚钢骨架结构检查表》报监理单位验收。

  1.1.3.9.面板安装待钢骨架安装验收完毕后,采用汽车吊及电动吸盘进行玻璃面板的吊装,利用满堂脚手架安装玻璃。

  (1) Re mark the glass installation center positioning line on the keel, and the geometric dimensions of the marked ink line should meet the requirements. The ink line must be clear.

  (2)、依据《雨棚玻璃编号图》,确定每块玻璃在雨棚上的位置,安装前位控制线,因雨棚钢结构总有一些不平整,玻璃支撑点处需进行调整垫平。
